What’s a stitch marker used for?
It helps you keep track of your pattern. They go on your needle between the stitches and you move them from needle to needle as you knit. When you knit up to the stitch marker you know you need to make the relevant pattern change. They can also help when making things like bags and you want to keep track of where the decreases are being made for the gusset.

These sets can be used on up to 6mm needles.
