our Lisa G knitting needles have be lovingly created by my Dad
and I. How do you ask? Well I must admit that I leave most of
it to the expert. You see Dad was once a wood work teacher. He's
always loved working with wood and creating a quality product.
It's
been wonderful to pass on all the lovely comments he receives.
Lots of our customers
have said that his talent is definitely not wasted. One lady
even said "they're just perfect - not too slippery and not
to sticky!" Another has said "I've replaced all my
yucky plastic ones with these! The finish is fabulous and the
ends are just so funky. I'm the envy of all my knitting buddies!"
But what about
the funky ends? I came up with that idea when I first started
knitting. I love colourful glam things and thought "why
can't that be applied to knitting?" As far as I know the
Lisa G range is the first to be this glam!
We have 2 ranges
- the Glamour Range and the Glamour Individuals and all the needles are a natural colour.
With the Glamour
range you can choose the end colour and whether
you prefer a sparkle or pearly end. The Glamour
Individuals are the super glam range! They ends are handcrafted
by me. I've worked out the weights for each needle size so they
are not too "end heavy", as some can be.
Needle
Sizes - the smallest size we have is a 4mm and the largest size
is 25mm. At this stage we don't have half sizes. The Glamour
range is available from 4mm to 12mm and the Glamour Individuals
are all sizes - 4mm to 25mm.
